Geforce3 crashes

Im having a problem with games Crashing in WinXP. It first started with games like max payne, sof and sof2(unreal engine), oddly unreal worked untill I guit and unreal 2003 works. Now madden 2003 crashes sometimes after 5 mins, other times I can play a full game. I get a blue screen o death sayin videocard was caught in an infinite loop, or nv4_disp.dll or shadow.sys caused the crash. Tried updating drivers(30.82 and 40.41). Ive tried turning off Video Bios shadowin and Fastwrites. Heat shouldnt be a problem, the case cover is off, and PSU shouldnt be a problem(451w enermax). Sysem specs are

1.4gig Athlon 266fsb
Hecules gametheater XP
onboard sound enabled
Epox 8kta mb.
Gainward Gf3 powerpack
Winxp(service pack not installed and directx 8.1a

any ideas?

i get the same errors and symptoms but with my gf4 4200 64mb its doing my head in happens 5-10mins into the game then it either hangs or i get the blue screen of death with the exact same error you have said i've tried most of the drivers and none of them are any better good luck m8

thanks, looks like im gonna need it. Ive seen some other people post with the same issues but no solution.
