Can't extend c drive despite having unallocated space

I've got about 10gb of unallocated space on my drive, yet when I right click on the c drive I'm not able to add that unallocated space into it. Is there a way to extend the c drive? So far I've been doing all of my work out of disk management if that helps.

  1. The unallocated space needs to be after the Windows partition to be able to extend it.
The 10 GB was probably your restore partition, I hope you have made the restore disks before trashing it, otherwise if things go wrong you won't be able to restore your pc.
