I own a Radeon 8500DV. you can see the TV-Input port at this URL: http://www.hothardware.com/reviews/images/r8500dv/conns... [LinkA]. As you probably know it's the far left port. The TV-Input i need is RF Antenna (an example of such port can be seen at http://www.linden-computech.com/images/larg/tv99.jpg [LinkB]).
What i wish to ask is if it is possible to convert the Antenna signal from a regular RF cable, that would normally be connected to the card of [LinkB], into something compatible with the TV-Input offered by the card at [LinkA].
That connection on the 8500DV IS the standard connection, as found on american TV's and VCR's. It can be adapted to other standards through adapters. What does that other card show, two female non-threaded versions of the parts on the 8500DV, or two RCA connections? RCA connectors are not standard for signal cables.
