questions before fighting

The new patch pull me out of my Diablo retirement (i was not hard to
convince..)
My clvl 95 Fana/Zeal pally managed to gather three set of keys, so i am
ready to pay a visit to those new avatars.
Even if this char is SC, i really want to avoid poping. That is why i
need some details before trying to smash their ugly faces.

My plan is to open the 3 portals in the same game to avoid doing 2
times the same quest.

-Is there a way, when the portal opens, to know which one of the three
monsters hides beneath? Does the portals have names that indicate who
you are gonna fight?

-I heard about Oblivions Knights (spit, spit on their souls) around the
über Izual. Is it the only place i will have to face (fear) them ? Or
are they randomly appears anywhere? Those bastards are the only
monsters in the game that have the potential to severely soil my
pally's underwears..... (except for very weird an violent snakes that i
met for the first time last night in the Hall of Pain !!)

-Are those 3 bosses are equally difficult or should i be more cautious
for one more then the others?

-When the 3 organs are gathered, do i trigger the Tristram portal in
....Tristram?

-Any other trick or advices would be more then welcome.

Good to be back playing Diablo....that 2 months retirement was too long
