Uhhh, that's the rankings for the end of LAST season.

Current highest character on USWest SCL for THIS season is 88, and you can
already see them slowing down as the experience penalties start to kick in.
Last season it took 5-6 weeks for the first 99's to arrive.

I'm at level 12 now, woot!

Not bad for a couple hours of play I guess... though 13+ will be much,
much faster... my Trapper/Kicker will finally be able to use Tir runes
so mana will no longer be a problem!
