3 Dol Runes + 1 Chipped Emerald = 1 Hel Rune

Here is the key: TASRED (it's a pronounceable (non)word)

Topaz Amethyst Sapphire Ruby Emerald Diamond.
This is the gem sequence; it starts with Thul->Amn and continues to
Cham->Zod.

Every time you get to Diamond and wrap to Topaz, you go up one gem size.
