Is it possible to use a ATI AIW 's TV out to plug another CRT monitor? I have 2 monitors and would like to watch TV and chat at same time. Wont wanna get aother TV for that. :( If it doesnt,any sugestions of other video cards?

It might be possible with some sort of an adapter, but I´m not sure. One possibility is to get a card with two display-outputs.
