Radeon Not Enough Video Memory - HELP

I am unable to play MPEG-2 files captured with my 32 MB ATI All-in-Wonder Radeon 7200. ATI File player plays the audio, but the video is black. WinMediaPlayer9 reports "not enough video memory". MPEG-1 files play just fine. I have Asus A7V-133 motherboard and WinXP Pro. I have tried latest Via drivers, latest ATI drivers, uninstalling every game and app that might conflict.

I have a very similar computer (different applications, and different mobo) and it plays same MPEG-2 file perfectly. I swapped video cards and the problem is not with the card, its with the system in sits in. Anybody got any possible ideas?? Would be much appreciated.
