You'll be fine as long as you don't blindly click while installing, it
asks if you want to install the spyware/hijack program. You can remove
the adware easily if you accidentally install it by uninstalling and
reinstalling, not selecting it this time. Been there done that.

last i heard it was spyware, just wanted to confirm. :-)
