Needs scanner driver for HP PSC...

Who could I commission to write an XP scanner driver for my HP 1100Axi? HP never wrote a scanner driver for this 3 in 1 PSC. Or, is there some site where I could learn how do that myself?

Writing a driver for Windows is a major undertaking. I'll bet you will never find anybody that are willing to do it for any amount of money less than the price of a new scanner.
Bottomline: Forget about the scanner and buy a new!
