Geforce3 Woes :(

HELP.......Ive just removed a Geforce4mx440, and installed a Geforce3 Ti200 into my machine running win200. now I get an error message when I try to access the graphic card options on display manager......error in question is 'An error occured while windows was working with the control panel file c:\WINNT\System32\Desk.cpl'

help me ....

You're probably missing an important .dll Windows file or something. Try uninstalling your current NVIDIA Detonator Drivers and installing older ones (or newer if you don't have 40.72). If that doesn't work, you might have to re-install windows =(

ive reinstalled drivers...no luck
