Hi guys, i'd like to buy a graphic card to me, I'm looking at:
Asus V7700 Deluxe: R$450 (it's used, 7months)
XFX GeForce4 MX440 Tv out and DVI out: R$360 (it's a brand-new one)
The Asus V7700 Deluxe has some cool features:
3d Glasses: Are they really cool? The problem that i heard is that only a few games are compatible with them.
Video in: An SVGA entry, ok, but i can't capture movies and programs from a TV channel with only a SVGA entry, can i? Because my interesting in this Asus is to substitute a VCR recording movies directly to my computer.
I'd like a board mainly to play games and a TV OUT to watch DIVX movies and play on big screens.
Isn't better to buy the XFX board with TV out? Or the features of the Deluxe version pay the expensiver price?
128mb memory PC100 (intend to buy a 256mb PC133)
MotherBoard: Soyo SY-6VBA133-B
The V7700 is the faster of the two cards in gaming. By a good margin. If it were me I would NEVER consider the G4 MX line of cards. They are basically the SAME chip as the V7700. But are crippled with slower memory and clock speeds.
