It seems that you can use more life leech for your build. With the
current setup, you are relying heavily on Dracul's LifeTap. Not that
there is anything wrong with that, but the LifeTap can sometimes take
several seconds to trigger, especially if your AR is low. You don't
list the current gloves. If you can craft some Crushing Blow gloves
with life leech, then it's great, otherwise Laying of Hand is not a bad
choice.

Normally I'd opt for faster speed, but with your current item choices,
you can probably benefit more from the life leech.

Both are good choices. T-God will help you dealing with Black Souls,
while Verdungo (or Strings of Ear) provides PDR. Perhaps you can
switch belts accordingly.

Levi and Glad are great if you focus your build on high PDR. I'm sure
you pick Naj's now because of its resistances. Therefore, the answer
to this question depends on the rest of your item choices. Personally,
I'd choose a Duress, since your str is 110, Archon Plate comes to mind
(103 str). By swapping your Naj to Duress, you'll lose 10 Fire
Lightning Poison resists and gain 20 Cold resist. Besides, you'll gain
15% CB and 40% FHR. If you are rune rich, Chains of Honor is one to
consider.

If you can afford to lose resists, then go for Highlord's. IAS and
Deadly Strike are great properties to have.
