I let my daughter play at my computer (not on a network)
at work. She went on her MSN Messenger. Now everytime I
open OE it opens her Windows Messenger and I have to log
off it everytime. All her contacts pop up in my address
book too. I've tried going into OE tools, options, and
making sure its not checked to open messenger when
logging on. Can anyone tell me what to do to stop this?

Open OE and go to Tools>Options>GeneralTab>uncheck the box
"Automatically Log on to Windows Messenger"

Greetings Sherry,

To stop this behavior, close Outlook Express, then download and run the following .reg file:

Sorry. On re-read it looks like you don't care to have the program at
all. (thought you shared computer). Removing MSN Messenger may be the
best plan.
