Which one is the best build for Nat's Set?

As best as I can recall, a Phoenix Strike assassin was considered most
likely to be not too underpowered using Nats set. A kicker is pretty
much out of the running. A blade fury sin isn't really an option as
there isn't really any good spots left to get crushing blow and such in
unless there's a unique claw with that stuff on it that I haven't
noticed. You could specialise in something like claws of thunder or
fist of fire rather than Phoenix strike if you wanted something a bit
different I guess.

That's my take on the matter anyway.
