I finally made it to 40 -- I'm officially "old" now. My wife's been dying to
run out the "Over The Hill" decorations for years. The people at work still
haven't figured it out: one group thinks I'm 29, the other has picked 33,
and the HR manager won't let anyone see my files. :)

My mom says I'm not allowed to have any more birthdays (at least until I
catch up to her).

Congrats. From a 44 year old. It gives me some consolation that I am
not the only one who is reluctant to "grow up".

They can make me get older, but they can't make me act mature.

From a 52-year old (that would be me)

Happy Birthday dude. But get with the program, you NEVER admit to being
'old'. Never. And you're 20 years old, with 20 years experience.

Once I turned 21 I stopped counting, so that means I actually have to think a
bit when somebody wants to know how old I am.

There were a few age polls here over the years and the oldest one was 6x
years old iirc. That shattered my girl's hope that one day I'd grow up and
stop playing :)

@Zamboni: Thanks for the cake and Happy Birthday!

Rudi, also 32.

Pfft. You are still young to me. (51)

Err... doesn't she have that backwards? How can you catch up if you are
adding zero? It should be her that is not allowed to have any more. Just
buy her a gift twice a year for the love of it and she may not even miss
the parties. (yea, right) ;)
