My GF2 GTS (200MHz clock)from Asus runs at 63C at load and 30C case temp. Isn't it too high? That is even more than my CPU!

i dont nkow mine but they are fine im pretty sure
almost all of them run quite hot, and with the small heatsinks/fan they come with i dont think its a bad temperature.
you could use thermal adhesive and attach a better heatsink, and see if that helps
