Welcome back. Unfortunately, I have to bring bad news to you.
Bowazons will need a decent bow. The following is a non-exhaustive
list of such bows:
(upgraded) Goldstrike
(upgraded) Lycander
(upgraded) Witchwild Strings
Eaglehorn
Windforce
Faith runeword
(complete set) M'avina

Bowazons builds almost always include either Strafe, Multishot, or
both; because these are the "leech skills". Common builds pick one and
not the other due to (mostly) playing style, but splitting points into
both work as well.

Second skill usually includes Guided Arrow for 1 high HP monster, such
as Act boss. Third skill varies greatly including Frozen Arrow +
synergies, or Javelin Skills (Charged Strike, Lightning Fury, Plague).
There is a discussion in the Amazon Basin forum as to why Immolation
Arrow is not a top rated choice.

Passive/Magic:
1 for each skill.
Valkyrie is very commonly maxed.
Decoy 1+. I usually keep this at 1. But there's an obvious advantage
of why someone may want higher than 1.
Pierce 1+. Depending on your items. I like to have at least 70%
(IIRC, Razortail gives 30%).
Penetrate 1+. More is great. I usually dump all extra skills here.
