After killing the ancients, go to the top left edge (NW) and look down as
you walk the edge.
Hope you have a good head for heights.
Any idea what area that is down below? I did not recognize it.
Is that the secret bunny level?

That's the frigid highlands 'n such, where the trapped barbs are.

I thought it might be, but it looked like it had none of those 'open'
areas between the areas where the barbs were 'jailed', which was why I was
not sure.

I don't believe it's the Frigid Highlands. I think instead it's the Frozen
Tundra, which is the last non-underground area before you reach the Arreat
Summit. For one thing, the Frozen Tundra's got a lot more snow.

Not that it matters. I just enjoy doing leaps at the edge with my Barb,
toying with precipitous disaster. While fighting Hell Ancients. Naked.

If you look very carefully you can actually see the wooden chests that
you can smash open, the health wells that you can drink from, even the
bodies that are hanging from those wooden stake thingies.

And if you activate a scroll of town teleport, while whirlwinding to the
edge of the precipice, while the ancients are active, you will open a portal
to the bunny level.

Well worth the effort.....
