I have a home Wifi network. All the PCs use windows xp. My daughter uses MSN
messenger on both the home PC and my laptop. When I am using the laptop on
the home Wifi, I open Outlook Express and Windows Messenger opens and I
start to receive popups. How do I stop it happening?

To stop this behavior, close Outlook Express, then download and run the following .reg file:
