Building a new system-check it out

I wish to upgrade or build a new system. I am worried about AGP8x and the Radeon card with the Dragon Ultra MB.
What do you think? Any suggestions?

Am I doing something wrong? I heard Dragon MB may have problems with Radeon 9700 Pro in the AGP 8x mode.Soyo recomends Mushkin memory. Will others work as well?

what a astounding system, why don't consider RAID as an option, don't you think you are expending so much on PROCESSING, maybe you should buy a lower processor and use 2 hd as RAID mode

The dragon motherboard supports RAID,so later I can add a second hard drive (When the WAMLHR-when my wife approves my latest hardware request- after this selection-maybe in 2010!)

Dont worry about Raid 0 for foster performance. Unless you are going to be moving large files around regularly Raid 0 is overkill. Save your money. Now if your worried about backing up your data then Raid 1 is a good way to go.
