Hi,
Everything is working fine with my XP 6.2 except when in a
videoconference i cannot send video - it just gives me the
little msn "snowman" picture and a red cross throught a
webcam picture. I can send webcam fine when its just the
webcam but not in conference. I am not behind any
firewalls. What info must i provide for someone to be able
to help me - i havent been able to find anyone else in
forums with this problem.

Awaiting any help,
kind regards,
Andrew S

Andrew -

I have the exact sme thing happening. The "snowman" is the upper
video screen, yes? Have you got it resolved yet?
