asus 4200ti drivers which ones and where?

i just bought a asus 4200ti.when i went to download the drivers from asus webpage it was very confusing.then i went to nvidia page and downloaded the 40.72 driver(detonator). all the asus info(toolbar etc)went replaced with nvidia stuff.what is the best driver and where to get it.
pse help cause i have no idea about this one

The detonator 40.72 from nVidia.com will give best performance possible.

The only difference with not having all the "asus control panel" and such is not having the asus logo.

You'll notice you actually have a lot more options in Detonator 40.72 then the 30.xx that likely shipped with your card.
