Hi folks, one last question here as I price a GeForce4 Ti4200 64MB DDR card online.

I notice different pricing for this card as it seems its provided by different vendors, for example:

Verto GeForce4 Ti4200 64MB DDR
Xtasy GeForce4 Ti4200 AGP 64MB DDR
MSI G4Ti4200-VTD64 GeForce4 Ti4200 AGP 4X 64MB DDR
XFX Geforce4 TI4200 AGP 64MB DDR W/TV OUT

and so on, some of the pricing differs, most come with tv out although I really don't care about that.

Is there a difference here I should be aware of? Or can I just go for the best price of one of these that are the Geforce4 TI4200 AGP 64MB DDR?

Thanks!

Personally, I prefer the ones with the loudest colors. It makes my hardrives quieter.

No really, read up on what software comes with each card and pick which one you think is best.

Well, I'm not really interested in anything but the card itself, I'll get the drivers from the web. Thanks for your reply.

Check to see whether each have the same clock speeds for ram and gpu. This can vary between cards. If they are all the same in that respect, just get the cheapest one, since it's not like they made the gpu themselves and that's the most important thing.

no matter how hard you try, you can't polish a turd. :]

I agree with Ad Rach but some card makers have better quality then others. They might have the same stats but which will be better in the long run.

Their is not much of a price difference between cards.
ASUS, Gainward, MSI, Hercules, Xtasy etc should get you a decent card.
