civ3 conquests multiplayer problem

well, it's about conquests (patch 1.22) over LAN. but when me or my
friends
host the game, we can't see each other (on that screen at multiplayer
menu), it just shows 'xxxxyyyy has joined game' and that's it (even
chat doesn't work). i leave free space for human players, but nothing
happens... firewalls are switched off. I don't know is there problem
with settings or something else..
