Radeon 9500 Pro OEM

Anybody have any information about the Radeon 9500 Pro OEM?
Whats the difference between this one and the retail version?

oem will be cheaper and u wont get the box. Probably no manufacturers warrany included either, but its still the exact same card. I usually go for oem

That is usually what the case is, but sometimes OEM cards are clocked a bit slower. Also, anybody have a link with benchmarks for a Radeon 9500 Pro that is Oc'd? And it has to be a released card, not a test sample. I read on Hardocp.com that the released 9500 Pro couldn't overclock (yet).

i gotta watch out for that then.
And i read that on [h]ard also that it cant be overclocked.

You can overclock the 9500 pro using powerstrip.
