Hello,

I have changed all the settings that I know about in Messenger and Outlook
Express so that when I check my email Messenger does not logon in the
background. The problem is that it does it anyway. I do not want Messenger
to logon unless I start the program myself, especially NOT when Outlook
starts.

Any Help or Suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Chuck

Greetings Charles,

To stop this behavior, close Outlook Express, then download and run the following .reg file:
