If after reading the feedback from your earlier post you feel like this is something you can save a few bucks on then go for it. But make sure you spend the least possible (pricewatch.com has way better deals than you have posted) OR get the best deal you can from a place that's a short drive away and has a good return policy. PSU's are the least predictable component you buy, and both of these approaches prepares you for the unknown.

The reason im choosing comp usa is theya re close buy so i can return them to the store if they don't work. If i go to price watch like i want to do its a bit moire difficult and for some unknown reason my dad doesn't quiet trust them, and since hes the one buying the power supply and card even though i offered to pay for it god knows ive got enough money hehe. anyhow i really got no choice :( i wanna get 9500 pro from new egg but wont let me
