A koala in Gold Coast was rescued after a car crashed into the koala at 100km/h. The koala suffered minor injury and was lodged to the cars grill, driven for another 3km before it was rescued and sent to a wildlife hospital.
I know some people may say this isn't news but some stupid story about an animal. But I do conservation work and koala is an Australian icon. And hey! I don't think you can hang onto the grill for 3km after getting hit by a car at 100km/s and survive. They are also cute (but they make monstrous growl), which makes them more interesting.
