Video and Audio not working

I'm using Windows Messenger 4.7 (XP SP2) sign-in and IM are working OK.

But when I invite a video or audio conversation I get error message:

"The network or computer you are trying to reach is experiencing a problem.
Please try again later."

I've tried again later - what is next step?
Any troubleshooter available for this program?
KB articles only seem to go up to version 4.5

Well... I don't know if I have the right answer for you.
But I can give you some guidelines that maybe worth...

First: If you've already download the SP2 I think you
have to move to other version of Messenger...

Second: I had the same problem than you have when I
invited other people to hold a video conversation... and
I haven't download SP2!!! Many errors can appear (despite
the system or program version) :-(((

Probably the problems are related to the monitor
configuration settings (I heard it's convenient to set up
the colors in 16 bits)...
I didn't prove this solution... but if it works I'll let
you know...

Good luck,

Diego

Yep, changing to MSN Messenger did the trick!
Thanks Diego.
