I seem to be getting a sound distortion in Ciz3 PTW DYP. The other day it
was limited to the first track of mp3 music when I started a game, today it
seems to be limited to sound effects, mp3 music is OK. If I navigate to the
sound effects wave files in the Civ folder and click on them there they
sound OK, but, during game play they are very distorted. Anyone any idea
why this is so and how to cure it?
