Anything is better than an M64.

Get the 8500LE if you don't want to spend the money on something better. If you think you might upgrade the system soon then get something even better.

99% is great, unless you are talking about system stability

I'd stay away from the GF2 MX series. I had one when I had a 700 Duron and I noticed an incredible difference when I got a GF3 Ti 200. Get the 8500.

since you're speakin' 'bout revamping systems:
I have 2 pc's, a duron 750 256MB SDRAM and a 3D Prophet KyroII 64MB an a Celeron 600 256MB SDRAM and a Graphics Blaster Riva TNT 16MB. There is a third system (my own) a Athlon 1200 256MB SDRAM GF3Ti200 64MB.
I was thinking 'bout buying a AIW Radeon 9700PRO to replace the GF3 and the Hauppage WinTV in my PC, to put the GF3 on the celery (it's used more often in video-gaming since it's my little brother's rig) and leave the kyroII on the other pc (I'm guessing i could use the wintv on another pc or try to use the twin reciever feature of the AIW) so i'm asking you:
How much mor performance I can milk out of the GF3 in the clery600? think there is a long overdue upgrde necesary along all the line? or using "chain-upgrade" im good to go? (what comes out of the top performer goes to the next most used)
