Is there any display card which has DVI-D interface for slim case? Which brand and which model?

what you mean by slim? if they have a pci or agp slot, they have to follow a certain standard. so technically they should have enough room for a gfx card you can buy at the store. may have slight problem getting the lastest gf4 to fit but should not have problem getting radeon cards to fit since they are smaller.

I don't know of any! If you go to www.newegg.com, and look at ALL the cards using a sumary view, you'll find a slew of them that are half-height but use a full-height bracket (you can remove or modify that bracket to fit your case). I don't think any have a DVI output.
