Hi, I am using MSN Messenger 6.2 and has been using voice
chat with no problem on SP1. But since I've install SP2, I
have problem with my voice chat. I can't hear the other
party, but the other party can hear me. I've tried
disabling the firewall in the security center, it doesn't
help. I've also tried using the "Exception" option in the
firewall, it doesn't help either. I am using dail-up and
do not have any other firewall except for the one provided
in SP2. Please help. Thanks.

Greetings Joe,

You and your contact might try turning off the QoS Packet Scheduler. To do so, click Start,
then All Programs, then Accessories, then Communications, and then Network Connections. Right
click your network/internet connection, then click Properties. Uncheck the QoS Packet
Scheduler, and try again. If the QoS option is grayed out, simply click on it and choose the
Uninstall button instead.
