Why am i having so much trouble with windows 7 now?

When i initially loaded windows seven months ago, everything went swimmingly, i try out put xpmode on, it wont work so i decide i may as well put it on the bigger hard drive, do everyhting at once, so i did, sp mode dint work, reformated the drive in xp with the intentention of doing a second clen install of windows 7, now i get this ntldr message is missing(which i havent seen since i went from 98se to xp). I need to fix this, i had grown rather fond of windows 7 (actually received my vista business, not gonna install until i get the windows 7 pro upgrade), can anyone point me in the right direction.

Been reading about xp mode, I think im just gonna leave it dual boot, once i figure out how to get both OS"S to come up again, this thing is killing me.
