I'm playing Civ III PTW at year 2329
and find I cannot "upgrade" any units without
the game crashing. I tried upgrading at 2322
and crashed so I waited until 2329 with same results.
Tried with different units with different units.
I know I upgraded units after 2150 so what
year stops you from upgrading units?
Thanks

There are lots of strange bugs that pop up when you continue a game after
2150. You're just gonna have to live with this as another one of those.

I've never played a normal game that many turns past the end.
That's over 150 turns past the end point -- shouldn't every unit
already be at the endpoint of the upgrades?
If it is a scenario or mod, rather than standard rules, upgrades can
produce crashes if the unit upgraded to has missing files. But you'd
also get crashes when you build those units, rather than upgrade.
