Yes, select active trades and click on the trade to renegotiate. You
will cause distrust from the other civs to you and your opponent may
declare war.

The only way to cancel a trade before the initial 20 turns are up is to a)
declare war, b) break the trade route, c) if you are trading away a
resource, pillage enough of them to stop the trade.

Note that any of these actions will ruin your reputation for the rest of the
game especially if you are trading per turn for a lump sum item.
