File sharing window 7 on domain and snow leopard

My laptop running windows 7 is on a domain say k.test.com while i am not connected to that domain , can i share files b/w mac and windows .

You could if you created an ad hoc network by cabling from the W7 box to the MAC.

Haven't tried to network a domain and non-domain pc together, but you'd probably be just looking at Samba. Assuming of course both pc's could see/ping each other.

I did not try direct cabling .. will do and inform
