Win7 Theme with resource monitoring?

I saw a screen shot of someones Win 7 Desktop, their theme had his desktop background as a resource monitor with different bars and gauges of his cpu and memory usage. Any one know where to get something like this? Or some good tools to just do your own custom theme?

The gauge you saw was probably a Windows 7 gadget, separate from the theme that was displayed. Gadgets are items on your desktop that provide info, games, news, weather, and so on. The gadget you most likely saw on that user's desktop was something like the highly-rated "All CPU Meter" gadget, that you can download at http://gallery.live.com/liveItemDetail.aspx?li=587ef54f-e121-418b-b258-e583e105a0d6&bt=1&pl=1

Thats a cool gadget, I'm well aware of those, this was integrated into his back ground though, really slick looking. Thanks any way.

Unfortunately no, I saw it posted on a different forum site, i've looked all over for it again.. argghh
