running winXP SP2, newly installed OS, When trying to click on tuning wizard
it restarts windows all the time. Did ,I think, all the checks and unchecks
in norton , checked firewall to make sure enabled and allowed(ZA PRO). Tried
to install MSN messenger 6.2 but computer restarts when loading the program
at start up ?? Performed audio tuning wizard in windows and no glitches,only
windows messenger's tuning wizard is giving me this problem.

duct tape can't fix this.
