I blame on software. Two different system, and same problems with windows XP. With W2000 nothing problems.

Now system is
-Duron 1600@2000
-512MB DDR 333
-120 GB Seagate Barracuda
-Radeon 9200SE
-Asrock K7S8X
-SB 128
-Hauppage tv-card

Just few minutes ago i try install Zone alarm, and it crashed "could not load DDL library..."

0x0000008E is KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

0xC000009L is STATUS_BAD_INITIAL_STACK
An invalid initial stack was specified in a call to NtCreateThread.
0x004DE059 is the address at which the exception occurred
0XF37AA5EC is the trap frame.
From that it looks like you are having trouble creating threads. Could be a HAL issue or could be one of the drivers or pieces of software is trying to create a thread and failing.
When you say it happens on both XP and 2k is this on the same machine?

There was two different machines and same problems. Another machine have both, in this machnine only XP. Yesterday I fly about 30 second before BSOD! Now I cant install Zone alarm "could not load DLL library". I diabled lots of things from bios, and still errors. Memtest86 dont give any errors in 25 min.

So if this happens on two machines what is common on each? Did you install new Durons on both of these machines? I take it the issue just started when you installed a new cpu?
