remove member public profile

Hello, excuse me for my orrible english... (i'm italian sorry)
I need to remove my member profile (related to ...@msn.com) but i can delete
information only and not remove it.
There is any way to remove it forever? Anyone find a way?
How can I get my "unknow member"?? MSN Assistence can do something?

Unfortunately you can't, you can only remove the information.

I don't understand the motive for this choice... I think that is my right to
be able to cancel the profile...
is there a less legal way to cancel him/it? patch? crack?
