I think $500 is insane for a netbook, expecially since Cortex8-based processors just aren't as powerful as an Atom and you can't get them with Windows.
I like the concept of ARM+Linux "netbooks," but not if they're priced that much higher than EeePCs.

That thing looks really weird, and I dunno... Would definitely have to see how it performs to judge it. Even the newest netbooks can still have issues running just minimal apps on XP, and take an -age- booting up. Maybe this would run smoothly not using XP, as well as boot faster? Don't know.

However, that Asus laptop with a i7 and a 5870 is more my style. =D
