Whatcha think?

Well my Abit ST6-RAID mobo went skyward two days ago. Decided to overclock to 147MHz, and it didn't like it, so I took it back to 142MHz and...nothing. On pressing reset button, I got 1 2 sec long beep repeated continuously. On power off and restart I got:

All LEDs, although after the second time the HDD LED didn't come on.
All fans (4 x case, PSU, HSF, and gfx fan).
No display.
No beeps at all.

I swapped out the PSU then the gfx card, then the CPU...still nothing. Finally swapped back to my trusty old BX133-R and it was fine!!!

So what's the verdict?
I'm guessing at either the PCI BUS, chipset (temps were in mid 40s before problem), or perhaps the DMA 0 controller (some book suggested it).

Whatcha think?

If worst comes to worst this is the perfect opportunity for an upgrade. Price drop next week most likely following the Northwood release :)

Well I'm hoping I can convince the Abit rep that I don't want another as a replacement on my warranty. That is if I can get one considering the oc'ing.

Might ask for a KR7A instead, hmmm...and a lovely new XP1900.
