Hi,
Just installed 6.2 and can see and hear the other person but they cannot see
me.
Only firewall I use is Norton and that is set up right to use MSN messenger.
Would this be a problem their end with a built in firewall on their wireless
modem router?
If so what can be done to allow them to see video from me?

Same happens if I try to use Windows messenger to talk to them.
Only slight difference is sometime I do not see them as well as them not
seeing me.
