question about voltage levels

i have a soyo dragon+ and i installed the hardware monitoring program that came with the mobo. when i run it it shows that my -5V level is flucuating and it turns red which i assume means it isnt stable. Is this something to worry about? i have been having problems with my gf3 ti200 booting me out of games and causing my wallpaper to be all messed up...any suggestions?

You could alter the level slightly. Just a little now. One step at a time. If the warnings/problems don't disappear, or they get worse, adjust back to start levels.

How many Watt powersupply are you using? The -5V line isn't a really important line.
Do you have the latest drivers?

My case has so many fans that it hovers above the ground .

i am using a 300W power supply. i have the lastest drivers for both the chipset and graphics card (via 4in1 4.37(a) and nvidia's 21.83 detonator driver).
