Ok I just got a new 19" optiquest q95. It was going fine for about 2 hours, until I rebooted, and it started displaying black instead of red. Would this be maybe a broken gun in the monitor? or a possibly a video card issue ( i have a radeon 64mb)

Check the cable, make sure that is okay first.
