For comparison only, the Epox EP-8KTA+ has onboard Vcore dip switches from 1.475 to 1.850 with "auto" setting and "Frequency/Voltage Controle" by bios. My guess is if your Vcore is removed from "auto", you can regulate this V to what you want manually onboard. There is of course the danger of applying to muvh V to the core of the cpu. "1.95V" seems high, but can't help you as to good or bad. Sorry.
