Hi,

I installed Microsoft Messenger several months ago, or maybe it
installed automatically when I upgraded to Windows XP SP2. Every time
I connect to the Internet, a message pops up that says I need to verify
my email address. I followed the instructions but there isn't an email
from Passport Member Services in my in-box. I checked my spam mailbox
just in case it was automatically directed there, and also made sure
that I am not blocking mail from anyone. The constant popup reminder
is really annoying. I clicked on "Verify My E-mail Address" on the
Messenger toolbar (File), but still haven't received a verification
email. Does anyone know how to request another verification email be
sent, or is there another way to resolve this issue?

Thanks,

Dan
