How to transfer from Disc Vista to Windows 7

Hello,
I am trying to use my recovery disc from Vista to put the information on my windows 7(new computer)It ask me in the setup for the title I have tried every name I can think of.This is on the same page setup with easy transfer

What type of recovery disk do you have? Is this a disk created from the recovery partition, an image you created, or do you mean a backup using the Windows Easy Transfer Wizard?

What information, data or programs, if it's a Windows Easy Transfer file, just run it by double clicking it from the saved location to restore the files that were backed up. It will put them back to the appriate locations as they were when backed up.
